Updated to Version 1.2 (and 1.21)

- Added Pause system (Enter) and Back to Tittle Screen (Esc)
- Skippable Death Screen
- Added Gamepad support (not accurate)
- Added Sound and Music options at the Title Screen
- Added Touch Screen controls (not sure it works properly)
- Changed the way the enemy moves to you
